The Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2-in-1 is the latest addition of Dell to their Inspiron range, a well-built convertible-hybrid laptop, with better overall performance than its excellent predecessor, thanks to CPU, memory, and hard drive upgrades.

The 11-inch convertible laptop aimed at children and budget-conscious shoppers. Given its $249 entry price, there’s not much to expect in terms of performance: It comes out with an Intel Pentium chip, 2 gigabyte of RAM, 32 gigabyte of storage space and a 1,366 x 768 touchscreen. You still get one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 connections, an HDMI socket and a microSD slot. It will be available initially in ‘Bali Blue’ and ‘Tango Red’ followed by ‘Alpine White’ and ‘Foggy Night Grey’ at a later date.

This 11-inch 2-in-1 powered by Windows 10 features a vibrant HD resolution display and combines the performance of a hybrid laptop and the convenience of a tablet in an affordable ultra portable design. Its glossy, plastic shell may show off fingerprints, but it also give a sturdy feel. The Inspiron 11’s 11.6-inch display revolves on zinc- alloy hinges which enable you to use it in laptop, display, tent and tablet modes.

Other features include:

  • The laptop’s Micro SD media card reader and USB 3.0 port make managing your digital library a snap
  • Compact 11.6” HD display provides a crisp picture on-screen
  • Available SSDs provide longer battery life, quicker responsiveness, improved shock resistance and quieter performance compared to conventional HDDs
